Regstart.com Premium Search with Opinion
This is the most recommended search facility, wherein we will provide you with the search results for the availability of your trade mark along with our expert opinion regarding the registrability of your mark. This search facility is available @ Rs. 850 per class per mark. The complete search results along with our expert opinion will be delivered to your mailbox within 3 working days, after realization of payment.

Regstart.com Premium Search without Opinion
This is a low cost search facility available which will only provide you with the complete list of deceptively similar and identical marks. This facility is available for only Rs. 500 per class per mark. The complete search results will be delivered to your mailbox within 2 working days, after realization of payment.

Government Search
This search is conducted by the Government of India and the complete details will be sent to your mailbox. The government search will also give you a complete list of deceptively similar or identical marks but will not include any kind of expert opinion. This facility is available @ Rs. 750 per class per mark, wherein the government fees is Rs. 500 and Rs. 250 is our professional fee. The results generally take approximately 15 days, after realization of payment.

Government Search with Regstart.com Expert Opinion
You can avail the government search and also have our expert opinion by selecting this option. This facility is available @ Rs. 1500 per class per mark, wherein the government fees is Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 is our professional fee. The results generally take approx 15 days, after realization of payment.
